Just because there is no record of it being sold, doesn’t meant that the sale never went through, instead it may be caught up in the data that hasn’t been released yet. It also means there’s a good chance the price sold for the specific home you’re looking at isn’t available yet.

It typically takes between 3-6 months for sold house prices to appear, but processing complex requests may take longer sometimes.
Why does my house purchase not show on Zoopla?
Why can’t you find your property on our website? If you are selling or renting a property and you can’t find it on Zoopla, we suggest you speak to your agent. It might be that they haven’t uploaded it to our website yet, or they may not currently advertise with us.
Can I stop my house price appearing on Zoopla?

We can remove the description, images and floorplan from a Sold Price record at the home owner’s request. Sold price information is available in the public domain and on many other websites including HM Land Registry, we won’t remove sold price information itself.
How long does it take for a house sale to be registered?
The application must be made within 30 working days from the date of the Priority and Bankruptcy Searches however it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months for the Land Registry to register the property. The reason for these delays is usually the large backlog of files which the Land Registry is amending.

We update the data on the 20th working day of each month.
How often do Land Registry release sold prices?
Land registry may correct any errors identified at any time. This corrected information is then released to us every month. This means that we have a 100% correct snapshot of all registrations as they are recorded at the “last updated” date shown with every piece of Land Registry data on this site.
Why are Zoopla estimates so wrong?
Like all other automated valuations, they use a computer algorithm which crunches data to estimate what your house might be worth. These kinds of estimates don’t (and can’t possibly) take account of all the variables that an estate agent or potential buyer viewing your house would take account of.
How do I remove a sold price from Rightmove?
The best thing to do is contact the estate agent straight away and ask them to take the details down. They can do that and it may take a little while to update on Rightmove or Zoopla or the other portal and that could be anything up to about 24 hours.
